Members of Brand 316 are trained for 2-3 years while incarcerated and for 52 weeks upon release in the discipleship home.  We have already arranged immediate employment for our members, churches that will accept them with arms wide open and Christian mentors eager to spend time with them weekly.  

They are required to attend church weekly, take part in weekly group bible studies, weekly reintegration training, weekly trauma counseling and weekly fellowship. 

Our program provides a Christ-centered, structured environment focused on realistic long-term success.  Our approach is rooted in the love of Christ, offering not a handout, but a hand up.

He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim freedom for the captives and release from darkness for the prisoners. (Isaiah 61:1) You can literally set captives free.

The unfortunate reality is that options are limited, with homelessness, the streets, or overcrowded halfway houses marred by drugs, illicit activities, and crime being the norm. This places them in conditions even more challenging than their time in prison and significantly hurts their chances of success after prison!
