Mission

The mission of Brand 316 is to equip the formerly incarcerated through Christ-Centered personal, professional and spiritual training for success after prison.

Vision

Brand 316 is a Christian ministry focused on providing realistic and scalable solutions which assist the formerly incarcerated with successful reintegration into society. Changing mindsets requires a true commitment from the person and a structured, realistic approach to meet their needs and help them grow. Members begin training while incarcerated and continue with a 52 week intensive reintegration and career training program upon release. The individual and group training is focused on life skills, career training, healthy social interactions, biblical foundations, trauma counseling and more. Members work full time during the 52 week training. Graduates of Brand 316 have a mindset focused on the future, live a Christ-Centered life, have realistic long term goals and a strong support network.

Respect – We respect each other and we respect everyone around us. Respect can be simple gestures or extraordinary actions. Most importantly, we respect God and live our life focused on Him. 

Integrity – We are honest in all of our actions. If we commit to anything, we follow through. Tough decisions define us. Our integrity defines who we are, what we live by and why we are different.

Grow – Every day we grow in our commitment to Christ and our commitment to success in life after prison. We learned from our past choices and use that experience for growth in making our future decisions. We take daily steps to grow in Christ and in success. 

Honor God – We understand everything we do in life should honor God. We are not perfect but strive to make smarter decisions daily. We realize that every decision can change our life positively or negatively – in every decision we make biblically sound choices. 

Trust –  We trust God in all we do. Our recipe for success in all aspects of life is focusing on Him, doing all we can to honor Him and trust His guidance. We know we can always trust and depend on Christ. We know when times are hard, He is our rock we can always turn to 24/7.
